U Serve Libby, Inc. participated in St. John’s Lutheran Hospital’s Health Fair on March 27th. Information about the health benefits of tennis was distributed.

Thanks to Elks Lodge 2231, BINGO caller Frank Hendrickson, and a large enthusiastic crowd, BINGO night was a tremendous success! BINGO players munched on delicious snacks and desserts as we raised money for the tennis court fund. A silent auction was an added attraction.  By evening’s end, over $1100 had been raised.

Three of the new Libby Community Tennis Courts are open for play! After nine long years and with the help of many, this project will soon be complete. The east battery of courts is open to the public, free of charge. Be sure to wear non-marking shoes.

The grand opening celebration will be scheduled after the remaining three courts and other work is completed. Contact U Serve Libby, Inc. at uservelibby@frontiernet.net with any questions.

BINGO Night on March 6 was a great success! Extra tables were set up to accommodate the crowd that came to support the Libby Community Tennis Courts. Some items were donated for a silent auction which added to the evening’s fun.

U Serve Libby, Inc. would like to thank the Libby Elks Lodge and all those who attended, donated, or otherwise supported this fundraiser. It was our most successful BINGO Night to date!
